Credit Card information is saved by The Adiposity Clinic Portal encrypted payment site for ease of future renewal of services. – Anything you Post on our website such as testimonials or social media. First name is posted with testimonials and your social media account name may also be displayed if posting on social media. This information is not private so do not post information you do not want for public viewing.

THE ADIPOSITY CLINIC does not send advertising text messages, only messages related to medical care, appointment reminders or from pharmacies for package tracking for you to estimate arrival. By consenting to receive marketing text messages, which are subject to separate consent terms, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages, which may relate to your health consultation and treatment that you receive through The Adiposity Clinic. If wanting to OPT OUT replying with STOP should stop advertising texts which may work with 3rd parties as well. H. No Services To Persons Under The Age of 18 or over 75

The Adiposity Clinic does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18 or over 75. Please consult your Primary care clinician for weight loss options.

We currently do not service California residents. In the event that service lines do become available to California Residents, a separate California Consumer Protection ACT (CCPA) Policy will be included on the Website.
