Finally a GLP-1 Program thats Affordable

GLP-1 Agonists always have to start at the lowest dose for at least 4 weeks. GLP-1 Agonists weight loss is dose dependent, meaning as you increase the dose you should lose weight faster. You have to be on the previous dose for at least 4 weeks before you can move up to the next higher dosage.

We have seen many Patients lose weight at the lowest doses and not want to move up. Studies have reported GLP-1 Agonist weight loss of over 20% of body weight over 72 months. GLP-1 Agonists weight loss is dose dependent, meaning as you increase the dose you should lose weight faster. There is no guarantee you will lose weight. Slowing of weight loss can also occur, your clinician will discuss options if your not losing weight or slowing down. A small percentage of patients do not respond to GLP-1 Agonists.

Zepbound (Tirzepatide) & compounded Semaglutide for subcutaneous Injections have both shown weight loss in patients. Semaglutide oral films are a newer option which are absorbed transmucosally. Bioavailability and absorption is not as great as injected medication so they need to be taken everyday to work. They’re a great maintenance option or for Patients that do not want to do injections.

Programs Available

We offer two programs: Name Brand Zepbound ( Tirzepatide) and Compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide medications. Compounded medications have had increased availability for the past few years, while Name Brand medications are hard to find. This is supposedly changing, and compounded medications may soon be unavailable. Supply of Name brand medications is increasing in availability, though it is controlled by the Name Brand Drug manufacturers. All medication prices may change without notice, and availability may change. There is no guarantee medication offered now will be consistently available in the future.

Zepbound ( Tirzepatide)

Upon scheduling and paying for your initial consult, the Physician will make sure you qualify for the medication. A prescription will be sent to Eli Lilly Direct for Cash Pharmacy. You will receive an email from Lilly Direct where you can fill out your delivery information and pay for the medication with credit or debit card. The option for syringes may be available at that time, and additional nominal charges for syringes/alcohol wipes, as well as shipping charges may apply. The medication will be shipped directly from Eli Lilly Pharmacy. The Adiposity Clinic will monitor your use of their medication and assist you as needed. The adiposity has no other direct involvement with Eli Lilly, pricing, or control of shipping time frames or methods, other than sending electronic prescription to their Pharmacy. Compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide/B12

We specifically select quality pharmacies that maintain the highest standards for compounded medications. Upon scheduling and paying for your initial consult, the Physician will make sure you qualify for the medication. A link will be sent by the Adiposity Clinic using square or Eclinical works EMR for you to pay for the medication and syringes. A prescription will be sent to the compounded pharmacy. You will receive an email updating you on shipping tracking.

Includes initial consult and 12 weeks ( 3 cycles) of treatment monitoring

A new Physician visit fee will be charged every 90 days while in the program
